An Easter envelope mailed separately and to all active and inactive families increases the number of families contributing. At an average of $50 per returned envelopes, the Easter mailing pays for itself and then some.

Folder Use these 3 ½ x 5 ¾ folded "cards" to display a warm holiday message on the left panel and a schedule of masses on the right panel. Not enough space on the inside? We can print the back panel too!
Bulletin Similar to a folder, these 5 ½ x 8 ½ folded "cards" are useful if you have too much text for a smaller folder.
Letterhead These 8 ½ x 11 sheets are the perfect way to communicate your holiday message to your parishioners. We can print both sides!
Offering Envelopes These attractive 6 ¼ x 3 envelopes are sure to attract attention, encourage mass attendance, and bring in contributions.
Outer Envelopes These window #9 mailing envelopes will send your Easter message in style by allowing your selected full color letterhead graphic to show through the window.

Who will you mail to?

We can mail to your active parishioners only, your inactive parishioners only, or both your active and inactive parishioners. The benefit to mailing to your inactive parishioners is that they typically do attend church on Easter and this communication is invaluable.

How will you mail your materials?

Easter packages can be mailed to your parishioners' homes via non-profit standard mail (the least expensive way, but with a longer delivery time) or first-class mail (more expensive but quicker delivery time). Alternatively, we can ship the materials directly to the church to be mailed by you.

How will you provide your list?

If Cathedral Corporation maintains your list for you, we will already have your updated list on file. However, many churches maintain their own lists or have a special list for the holiday mailing. In that case, you can opt to send the list via e-mail or diskette. Just be sure to label it with your customer number, parish name, and that it is a special list for Easter - and don’t forget to let us know it’s on it’s way.

When would you like your parishioners to receive the mailing?

Every parish has different dates in their mass schedule and a different preference for when the mailing should arrive. Please let us know as early as possible the date you would prefer and we will do our best to accommodate your first choice. We would be happy to provide date suggestions and guidelines for your particular needs. Just give us a call!

Would you like additional pieces in bulk?

Many parishes find that it is helpful to keep additional folders, bulletins, or offering envelopes on hand for visitors, new members, or anyone that needs one. Let us know the quantities you need and we will add them to your order and ship them directly to you.
