Q. Do you have a demonstration I could see?

Q. Is there a charge to use your Online List Maintenance program?
A. No, the program is entirely FREE.
Q. Will you post the names and addresses from the list you currently have for us or would I need to submit a new list?
A. We can upload your current data from our system. If you would like to send us a more up-to-date list, we can upload that for you as well.
Q. What happens if we try Online List Maintenance and decide we don't like it?
A. If, at any time, you decide our Online List Maintenance program isn’t for you, we can change you back to the List Maintenance method that worked best for you.
Q. How often can we request temporary envelopes?
A. You can select members to be sent temporary envelopes at any time, but we continue to only print them once per week on Tuesdays. After we pull the list for the week on Tuesday, we reset the temporary envelopes feature. Until then, you can change your mind and remove a member from your list to get temporary sets.
Q. Will I still receive Add/Change cards?
A. As long as you currently receive Add/Change cards you will receive a card for every addition, change or deletion you make on the online system. If you wish to start (or stop) receiving Add/Change cards, let your customer service representative know immediately at 800-698-0299.
